Cancellation Policy

Mentorship Program Booking & Cancellation Policy** **Booking & Payments:** - To secure your spot in the mentorship program, full payment or a deposit (if applicable) is required at the time of booking. - Payment confirms your commitment and ensures a reserved session. **Rescheduling Policy:** - You may reschedule your session with at least **48 hours' notice** without penalty. - Rescheduling within **less than 48 hours** of your session may result in a rescheduling fee. **Cancellation & Refunds:** - Cancellations made at least **72 hours** before the scheduled session are eligible for a **full refund** or credit toward a future session. - Cancellations made **less than 72 hours** before the session are **non-refundable** but may be credited toward a rescheduled session at the mentor’s discretion. - No-shows or same-day cancellations will **not** be refunded or rescheduled. **Emergency Cancellations:** - If an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling accommodations will be made at the mentor’s discretion. **Program Commitment:** - By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to honor your scheduled sessions, understanding that consistency is key to success.
